Panoramic Properties certainly earned their commission on the sale of our house in Vale de Milho! Having first put the property on the market prior to Covid-19 we decided, in conjunction with Maureen, to take the house off the market until earlier this year (2021) when the market started to open up again. Like London busses, three offers came along in fairly short order. One of the prospective purchasers wanted a “rent-to-buy” arrangement; bad news and to be avoided at all costs! The second offer was withdrawn when the UK reimposed restrictive travel arrangements. The third offer, from the west coast of the U.S. – eight hours behind Portugal – eventually went through mainly due to Max’s tenacity and willingness to spend many, many after-hours evenings WhatsApping with the buyer. Helena came to know my voice so well I only had to say “Bon dia Helena” and she would recognised my voice immediately! Thank you “Team Panoramic”!

I can be suspicious about 5 star reviews, hence my 4 star rating! Maureen and Helena did get the job done, and at a far more reasonable price than some of her Competitors. Some of the fees that Agents want to charge for selling a property abroad are, in my opinion, obscene and unjustifiable. Some want to charge you 10% plus vat (over 12%). I suggest you vote with your wallet, speak to Maureen and get the job done for less than half that amount. A property either sells or it doesn´t, so don´t be fooled by the wide boys trying to convince you that they do any more work than Maureen will do for a much lower fee.
